Don’t just post plain text news. You can use the
powerful editor built into the platform to make your
news more compelling.
- Spell Check
Click the Spell Check button to ensure that what you
are posting has no spelling errors.
- Location
Post news to the main site, fan club site, or street
team site.
- Category
There are three different categories for news;
Latest news, Journal, and News Links for posting
links to other news around the Internet.
- Localize!
Have news that is relevant to only a certain market?
Specify a zip code and a range in miles and only
fans in that area will see that news. This feature
works great for Street Team members to post local
news in their area.
- Send Alerts!
A great way to keep fans coming back to your site is
to send them a quick email when news is posted.
Simply check a couple boxes and the rest is
automatic!
- Dates
A popup calendar allows you to select a release
date, archive date, and expiration date for your
news.
- Approval
Posting news requires an approval. This allows you
to have people enter news for you but it won’t be
visible on the site until it is approved.
